• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At this time we do not take international orders from our online store, however, we may be able to accommodate your request.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once your order has been placed, it may take up to 2 business days to process. We use standard shipping from USPS, so your order may take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. Please note that orders are only shipped Monday - Friday.

  If you would like to place an order online and pick it up at Golden West, please email Shannon at shannon[at]goldenwestcafe.com, and she'll create a custom order for you.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
